At GameLab, we aim to make shipping as simple and transparent as possible.

Free Shipping

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Please note that in some cases, shipping can take up to 30 days depending on:

  • destination
  • carrier delays
  • customs processing
  • seasonal demand
  • local delivery conditions

If your order is taking longer than expected, we recommend checking your tracking first, then contacting our support team if needed.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days before they are shipped.

During busy periods, launches, holidays, or high-demand sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking update by email when available.

Please allow a little time for tracking to update after dispatch, as carriers can take a short period to scan orders into their system.

Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can sometimes happen due to factors outside our control.

These may include:

  • weather disruptions
  • peak season congestion
  • incorrect or incomplete shipping details entered at checkout

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

GameLab is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before the order ships.

Split Shipments

In some cases, items in the same order may arrive separately depending on stock location or packaging.

If this happens, the rest of your order is still on the way.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears lost in transit, contact our support team and include your order number so we can look into it for you.
